Pink and Green

I cased this card right from the SU catty, I just changed the saying and the flower to images I have. This is by far my favorite card I made over the weekend. I used SU Certainly Celery and the new in-color shade of pink. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name of it.

Birthday Wishes

I didn't like this card at all when I made it, now I'm kinda liking it.

The long card

This card fits into a business size envie.

Challenge Card

This week's challenge card on Inkstainers was a sketch challenge. This is what I came up with.

Pocket image challenge

I challenged the ladies on IS to make a card using this pocket image from Pocket Friends, an SU set. The rule was, you were not allowed to use any of the images that came in that stamp set. I obviously had to use a front and back, since the image was used for the back of the card. Also, I cut my image down to size. I cut out the outer stitching on the image and just went with the insides. The pockets are attached to the butt with dimensionals.

Cards from Club

My SU demo is just the best! This month, she had a "pot luck" for us to pick from. She had several cards, bags, tags and goodies all set up and we got to pick what we wanted to make. I loved this idea...I love all of Karen's ideas!

Welcome Baby...

A childhood friend and his wife just welcomed a new baby into their lives. He is their little Christmas surprise. I love the "Hello Baby" set from TAC, so I couldn't wait to use it. Again, I stuck with the same lay out as my other 2 cards posted.

6X6 Card

This is a 6x6 card I made. I was too lazy to get up and get different paper, so I used what was on my desk. It is the same lay out as the heart card below. I don't know if you can tell or not, but I wanted to "glitz" the card up, so I added some glitter to the flowers. Not all over, just spots.

I got crafty!!!!

On Inkstainers, our challenge this week was to make a Valentine's Day card using NO pink, NO red and NO white. I did use a small piece of white, but I had to...I have to use white somewhere. LOL!

Stuff for the inside

This is just the stuff for the inside of the mailbox. Just a box of chocolates I made a slide cover for and a 3X3 card signed by Joey.

Mailbox

I purchased a $1 mailbox tin from Target. Nothing fancy, but this is my first, so naturally, I love it. It will be Joey's teacher's Valentine gift.
